Darrell is an entrepreneur and infrastructure builder whose career spans the evolution of the commercial internet — from founding and operating a regional ISP to leading Varayo, a consolidated telecommunications and infrastructure platform engineered for carrier-grade performance.

He brings the same systems-level thinking to real estate: disciplined underwriting, operational focus, and a long-term ownership mindset. Keynvest applies that approach to the Las Vegas market, where Darrell's local knowledge and hands-on management philosophy drive every acquisition and improvement decision.

Beyond Keynvest, Darrell leads Pryzm Technologies (enterprise IT and security), founded Project I For One (a housing-first nonprofit), and writes at Inkredible Words.
